ALEKSANDAR BOGDANOVSKI

Integration Specialist

I specialize in integration architecture, automation, and data synchronization using modern iPaaS and workflow automation tools. My approach combines strong business logic understanding with hands-on technical delivery.

Over the years, I’ve worked with organizations across telecommunications, retail, healthcare, and media — helping them modernize their digital operations through scalable, maintainable, and data-driven integration frameworks.

How I Deliver

Every project begins with understanding the business process, then mapping the technical touchpoints that bring it to life. I focus on:

  • Architecture that scales with growth
  • Consistent naming, logging, and monitoring
  • Clear documentation and handover
  • Cost efficiency by matching the right tool to each use case

My objective is not just to build integrations — but to create sustainable automation ecosystems that enable long-term business agility.

What I Offer

Through 2PeakVentures, I provide:

  • Integration Consulting & Architecture Design
  • Workflow Automation Implementation
  • Data Transformation & Migration Services
  • System Health & Optimization
  • Ongoing Maintenance and Support

Capabilities & Integration Expertise

My work transforms disconnected systems into automated, reliable, and measurable workflows — enabling clients to move faster, reduce costs, and gain full visibility into their data and operations.

Below are eight example project types and how I’d approach them using each platform from my stack.

1. Enterprise ERP Integration (SnapLogic)

Example: Automating financial workflows between NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Snowflake.
Approach:

Using SnapLogic, I design data pipelines that connect ERP, CRM, and file-based systems through low-code Snap packs. Pipelines handle batch and streaming data interchange, with dynamic mappings and reusable patterns for scalability.
I implement validation, error handling, and monitoring dashboards, ensuring every transaction is traceable and compliant.

Delivered Value: Reliable enterprise-grade integrations for large-scale data flows, reducing manual entry and ensuring consistent synchronization between finance, operations, and analytics.

2. Multi-App SaaS Automation (Workato)

Example: Automating quote-to-cash and customer onboarding across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Xero.
Approach:

With Workato, I orchestrate cross-application workflows by building recipes triggered by business events — e.g., new opportunities, closed deals, or invoice creation.
I implement conditional logic, approval routing, and API connectors to unify customer data.

Delivered Value: Streamlined sales operations and faster revenue recognition through orchestrated SaaS processes.

3. Hybrid Cloud Data Synchronization (Boomi)

Example: Synchronizing on-prem ERP and cloud CRM for manufacturing operations.
Approach:

I use Boomi to build integration processes connecting legacy systems to cloud platforms. Leveraging Boomi’s, I enable secure, distributed deployment models.

Delivered Value: Unified hybrid architecture connecting on-prem and cloud apps with resilience and security at enterprise scale.

4. eCommerce & ERP Integration (Celigo)

Example: Connecting Shopify or BigCommerce with NetSuite for order, inventory, and fulfillment automation.
Approach:

Using Celigo’s integrator.io, I configure prebuilt templates and custom flow builders to synchronize product, customer, and order data.
I layer custom logic with hooks and transformations for advanced business rules (discount logic, tax validation, shipping updates).

Delivered Value: Seamless order processing, real-time inventory accuracy, and faster fulfillment cycles for retail and eCommerce clients.

5. Lead Generation & Go-To-Market Automation (Clay)

Example: Automating lead enrichment and campaign activation using Clay + Instantly.
Approach:

Within Clay, I build data enrichment pipelines pulling from APIs (LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.) and pair them with automated campaign triggers via Instantly.
I design branching logic that scores, filters, and updates leads dynamically, feeding them into CRMs or email platforms.

Delivered Value: A fully automated prospecting engine that replaces manual research and accelerates B2B outreach campaigns.

6. Internal Workflow Orchestration (n8n)

Example: Automating internal HR operations — onboarding, permissions, and reporting.
Approach:

Using n8n, I build modular workflows using nodes that connect APIs, databases, and file systems.
I implement HTTP requests, webhooks, and logic branches to handle complex internal flows like employee provisioning or audit logging.

Delivered Value: Low-cost, self-hosted automation with complete flexibility, security, and transparency.

7. SME Operations Automation (Make.com)

Example: Small business CRM + invoicing + document automation (Airtable, Google Sheets, QuickBooks).
Approach:

I design scalable visual workflows in Make.com that trigger on app events — generating invoices, sending reports, or updating analytics dashboards.
With routers and filters, I control logic flow and exception handling, while webhooks provide real-time sync.

Delivered Value: Enterprise-grade automation at startup cost — lightweight, visual, and scalable for growing SMBs.

8. Lightweight Marketing or Admin Automation (Zapier)

Example: Connecting form submissions to CRM and email campaigns (Typeform → HubSpot → Mailchimp).
Approach:

I use Zapier for rapid deployment of task-level automations. Zaps trigger on form entries or system updates, automatically posting data to connected apps.
I add validation, multi-step logic, and error-catching for reliability.

Delivered Value: Quick time-to-value automations that replace repetitive admin work and unify marketing data streams.
